Well im not Don. (thank God) but I am working on that exact thing. Found a GREAT location, now just have to convince the owner to sell or lease to me. It is next to a river so it has the nice silt filled soil but it has some terrain that would not flood. Well maybe the bottom would but it would be a one in a hundred.
Already scratched a couple locations that had existing tracks off the list due to terrible soil and or bad location. No rush now since the schedule for '14 has already been released. :)
