I got a new seat cover over the weekend, any tips on what to do what not to do? I've never owned a bike long enough to have to do one lol

theres some decent youtube videos floating around out there. i tried an electric stapler, it sucked. picked up a cheap ( < $30 ) from harbor freight pneumatic stapler that I've used for like 3 or 4 seats so far and it's worked well.

i started at the front of the seat, threw a few staples in, then threw a few on the very back, and then worked on the sides.

this is probably similar to changing tires, everyone probably has their own method.

you can also find a local upholstery shop that will do them cheap, I've paid anywhere from $15 to $25 prior to committing to do them myself!
