Chillitown Classic

It's that time again to get geared for the biggest race of the year!

For 2018 Chillitown has raised the bar once again and will be bring to you a new event we are naming the Chillitown Classic Pro-Am. This event is a must if you are looking for full gates and great racing.

We will be offering a Free Open A class as well as a Free 50cc Open class. For those of you that attended last year you are well aware we had over 44 entries for Open A and close to 60 entries for the 50cc Open. We will have podium ceremonies for these two classes as well as special awards for the top 3 finishers.

We will once again have all the things you have come to love about Chillitown such as Strider races for the little ones, lots of choices for food vendors, several parts and service vendors, the best campgrounds/pits in the nation with over 1100 water and electric hook ups, Live Band Saturday night, fun classes with awards Saturday evening, Moto Limbo, Free Pit Bike race, top notch custom awards and more.

Some of the new things for the Chillitown Classic will be NO STATE SANCTIONING MEMBERSHIPS TO BUY. You will only need an AMA membership to sign up. The Chillitown Classic is a Pro-Am points paying event, so come get those valuable points towards earning your pro license. Saturday evening we will be having a special 125cc A/B Allstar race with special awards and prizes. Another great change is CTMX will be following all AMA national class structure so there is no confusing age and bike specifications.

Please be sure to follow us on Facebook and check our website as we will be making more announcements in the days leading up to the biggest race of the year!

Don't forget! Registration is now open. Please follow the link bellow to get signed up.

Think I counted 583 on Sunday alone. Track was prepared perfect all day. Tons of passing in every class. Timed qualifying for the 450 main was a nice idea.
Great event for the state.
Now I’m back on the “I want a bike” side of the fence

If you take out the 44 free A riders, the 2nd classes some of them rode, the 44 50cc open riders and the other classes many of them rode in then remove the LL riders who got free entry and the other classes they rode you're at an honest 2-300 rider count. Just saying free draws a lot of riders who wouldn't normally come and sure doesn't pay the bills.

We were going either way, but it was nice to get two free classes.

Trust me. It was a big turnout. BIG. Like no other in this state. That’s for sure.
Maybe other tracks should offer free classes Think they would get 583? I think not
