18 Crf250r pipe/mods?

Trying to move the power slightly down the rpm range on the kids 18 crf250r. Thinking about the FMF full system. Anybody have one that can give opinions on gain, did you reflash your ECU?
 
The 19s have a smaller throttle body, like 2mm. Is any making an insert to reduce the bore? Or I guess maybe get a 2019 TB.

19’s have a different cam profile as well I thought. Lots of ways to skin a cat. Maybe a Tokyo mods reflash will do.
