Possibly you may remember his name from GNCC racing.
Had an unfortunate accident a few years ago that left him with a broken neck.
He's participating in the adaptive hand bikes time trial and road race events for Team New Zealand in Japan
and his first race is tomorrow.
I've only met him once at Levi's. But anyone who can transition back into "normal" life (he works at Dicks
Sporting Goods at Easton and with Levi), much less qualify for the Olympics have my utmost respect.
