If you're close to Medina I'd recommend Eric @ Backstreet Performance - https://backstreetper.com/ - Not 100% sure he messes with boat stuff but he is where I would go for anything Holley.

If you want to tackle it yourself there are endless videos out there; and the setup wizard gets a car close enough to start/sort of drive.
