Is the Guts racing seat worth the cost? Does the "soft" foam break down much faster? Looking for some insight before i blow 400 bucks on a complete seat. Is there another brand i can look into? It will be going on a 2020 FC450... Yes i know your supposed to stand up lol

i love the guts covers. I have ran the complete seats and the quality of their base is as good as OEM. I can't speak to different firmness of foams though, the only 'other' foam I have ran is the phantom light weight foam which is quite pricey, but definitely light weight and does not absorb and hold water like a stock seat can... the phantom foam is a little more firm than stock on the few bikes I've ran it.

I honestly didnt realize the OEM seats were so inexpensive. Mine is 125.00 complete brand new. Good call

It was worth every penny on my 24 Yamaha 450. I did the flatter top. Soft foam is nice but if I did it again I'd buy stock density just because the Yamaha seat is very thin and I feel like I am sinking though a little already. If I had more foam depth like some other brands ie... Kawasaki, I would go soft foam again.
