Battle live timing link??

The C class is currently turning people off to the sport. Boner and guys like him are intimidating the real C class guys from entering.
Like I said in another thread, I watched the c class battle race at BC video a while back, and there is no way in hell I would feel comfortable racing with those guys. They were all jumping everything.
BTW, I was an AMA member for about 15 years, had about 3 MX races, and 6 harescrambles during that time. My years as a member shouldn't automatically make me a B Rider, cause I'm not.

Don't say that to Knox or Smith or.....
They believe any more than 3 years and you should have the skill to run with B - regardless.

And let's clarify - "C" class may be turning off people to RACING MOTOCROSS ....not "the sport".
Most bikes that are sold NEVER see a race track...
 
This is so simple. Anyone that won the battle series 3 years ago......winning all 6 motos, then went onto race at Loretta Lynn's in 30+ is not a C rider. The AMA or the OMA should be able to catch something like this. Just my opinion. With software programs and your AMA number tied to every class sheet, it should not happen in 2017.

He bluntly said I will ride whatever damn class I feel like.

Calling out a guy, after the fact, in an avenue that will not resolve the issue ....is a cowards witch-hunt.
 
No. You can bet your butt it will fix the issue in the future. He is cheating. Knows he is and everyone that reads this knows it. I expect a line of guys to protest the next time it happens. Will the AMA or promoters call him out? Of course not. They want his $25. But the 10 guys behind him what that trophy. And they have every right to protest.

Serveral changes have come about due to this site. It works. Our sport is a very small world. So calling someone or something out on here is the ONLY way anything ever changes.
 
I got a idea for the next battle race. Put up a ufc cage on Saturday after the racing. You could call it 3 rounds with an expert. Charge 25 dollars a go. Ill supply the cage and gear. Its a lot easier than all this keyboard action I see on this page.
 
Bottom line here is some people like to feed drama for fun.

The issue at hand is a legitimate issue and I'm sure (at least I hope) it will be handled by oma/ama in the future. I can guarantee you it won't happen anywhere I'm working. Rules are rules. Not because anyone has a bigger boner. Simple knowledge of the rule book and familiarity with racers will/could've prevented this whole mess.

Beyond that, I feel like it's bon fire, beer drinking, bullsjitting. I know sharc and probably even bonerfied would all be fine in person. The internet and text does stupid stuff.

Id bet a case of beer John and sharc would get along well at the track. Everyone knows Dave's a blunt dick, and that's probably why most of us that do like him, actually like him. Same with john259. Oh, and that JO feller.. I'm sure ever Mr. Boner even has friends even tho he gets sand bagger of the year award. Lol (take it lightly boner, I don't need no swingin dicks around me lol)

Should it be a square ring or octagon? 10oz gloves or 4oz? What is the system for advancing from light weight to welterweight? Can it be broadcast on public TV or do we have to do pay-per-view? Is it WBA or WBO? What if you only have a IBF or WBC membership do you have to buy another? Is head gear mandatory; some think its too restricting?

I think in chat forums people just get bored and like to chime in just to have something to do. The horse is dead! Protest him or shut up about it.

This really is a great idea, but this has been a simple topic. Only dude in here playing tough guy is the cheater. Really don't see anyone else condoning fighting or calling out people for stating their opinions/facts lol.
That's not at all what this is about. Should be pretty civil actually. I'd assume the next race will go like this:

Official-"Tommy, after review we've determined you're running the wrong class and we'll have to move you up"
Tommy-"Oh s**t bro, but I didn't sleep last night and I haven't been training"
Official-"That's not how it works, you're a classified B rider."
Tommy-"Meet me in the pits pu$$y"
